Veteran's Court

Veterans Court is a diversionary and post-adjudicatory treatment program now operating in St. Lucie and Indian River counties.  The court works in conjunction with the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in West Palm Beach to provide no-cost mental health and substance abuse treatment to participants.  In order to be eligible for Veterans Court you must be eligible for services through the VA, meaning you must have a general or honorable discharge.  The program lasts for a minimum of one year for felony cases and six months for misdemeanor cases.  If you think you may be eligible for Veterans Court, please inform your attorney as soon as possible.

Over the years, the Client Services Program has cultivated relationships with many local social service agencies.

Therefore, we can assist clients with referrals to community programs.
