19th Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender Community Involvement It is always a pleasure to host the WPSL Christmas Kids radio show.  This year the John Carroll High School Choir performed live on WPSL from our office. Every holiday season, since 1998, the 19th Circuit Public Defender's Office has collected toys for needy children on the Treasure Coast.   In 2007 the Florida State Employees Contribution Campaign for the 19th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office raised more than $22,000 dollars to help support the United Way of St. Lucie County.   The Office of the Public Defender, 19th Circuit, participates annually in the Bowl for Kids Sake event to support Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
